Cluedo Liar Edition

Sometimes you have to lie to uncover the truth in the Cluedo Liar Edition board game in which players use investigation cards (6 lie cards and 6 truth cards) to find out who Dr. Swart murdered in the mansion. Players choose a card and read out loud what it says. They must remain steely and convince the other players that they are telling the truth… Even if they are not. If a player suspects it is a lie, he or she can expose the player with the card by pressing the liar button. Was the player caught in a lie or was he telling the truth? Either way, an evidence card is revealed, bringing the players one step closer to solving the case. When a player is ready to make an accusation, he secretly looks at the cards in the file envelope to reveal who did what where. Whoever accuses the right person wins the game! THE LIAR BUTTON: Take a research card and read the action on it out loud. You have to be as convincing as possible, regardless of whether it is a truth card or a lie card. If another player thinks you are lying, he/she can press the liar button
