Endless Winter: Ancestors adds new tribes and animal species to the base game. In addition, the culture cards add two new modules to the game: prosperity and war.

In Endless Winter, you travel back to 10,000 BC. As you play, you take on the roles of various tribal leaders leading their tribes through different eras. At the beginning of Endless Winter, you lead a hunter-gatherer group, which you must help develop into a civilized tribal society throughout the game. You do this by exploring, migrating, expanding your tribe, hunting big game, and building megaliths—large stone structures.

Ancestors is an expansion for the Endless Winter: Paleoamericans game. Ancestors cannot be played without the base game.

The Ancestors expansion adds new tribes and animal species to the game. In addition, the culture cards add two new modules: prosperity and warfare. The new chieftain abilities in this expansion make Endless Winter: Paleoamericans a completely different game.
