Tactical laying game for the whole family
You are a witch who is expanding her gingerbread house, but in the meantime must protect it from hungry fairytale characters. By baking their favorite gingerbreads, she lures them to her house and captures them.
Each turn you place a tile on your house, which activates different actions, such as baking different types of gingerbread, luring fairytale characters and building stairs. The latter are important, because they allow you to align building layers. For each completed building level you receive a card that (under certain conditions) earns points. Capturing fairytale characters yields valuable jokers.
The game ends when all players have built their tiles. Whoever scores the most points is the cleverest witch in the fairytale forest!
Despite its simple rules, Gingerbread House is tactically challenging because of the different paths that can lead to victory.
