You are one of the characters who went on a similar journey after Marco Polo's discovery of the Silk Road. Each character has unique qualities that give him certain advantages in the game. Each round starts with rolling 5 dice. These partly determine what options you have. The higher the dice, the more valuable your actions are, but you also have to pay more for them if you choose an action that is already occupied. You mainly earn points for fulfilling trade contracts, establishing certain trading posts and reaching Beijing. You need goods and camels for that. You can get these on certain action spaces. Each action field requires 1, 2 or 3 dice, the lowest value of which determines how often you can perform the action or how much the action yields. To use an occupied action space, you must pay the value of your die in money. Marco Polo has so many options that the game is always different. Highly recommended for real enthusiasts!
