The battle for Tokyo becomes even more exciting with the arrival of a powerful new monster: Pandakaï! Each monster in the game also has a unique set of Evolution cards.
Some Evolution cards are discarded immediately after use, while other Evolution cards remain active - such as the Permanent Effect cards from the basic game. Evolution cards are kept secret until played.
