As summer turns to fall, the large animals begin to gather food in earnest to prepare for the long winter ahead. Each change of season brings new challenges and rewards, and all the animals of the forest have something to contribute.
The Season of the Bear expansion offers three advanced additions that can be added to the Leaf game. Animal Allies give each player a unique ability that they can use throughout the game. Seasonal events add additional scoring conditions to each Monarch. The Greater Animals affects the entire forest and gives each player an effect they can use once per game.
