Go in search of 5 lost cities. The expeditions to these difficult-to-reach ruins lead in 9 stages through desert, jungle, over rocks, lava fields and water to their desired goal: the legendary Lost Cities!
On your turn, you play 1 card, which sets one of your playing pieces in motion. The color of the card played indicates which expedition you start. You can send all your researchers out, but that is not mandatory. If you do not make sufficient progress on an expedition, you will receive negative points! Furthermore, for each subsequent stage you must play a card of equal or higher value. So use cards wisely and start with low cards!
You can earn extra points through artifacts and your expedition leader. Whoever has the most points at the end wins the game.
Lost Cities: The board game is based on the card game of the same name for 2 players, but offers even more tactical possibilities thanks to the various bonuses on the expedition tracks!
