In Perfect Numbers you take groups of cards from the 'market' and place them sorted by color in your collection. By picking a perfect number from the market you can redeem a color row from your collection. This row is turned over so that each card scores one point at the end of the game. Long lines earn bonus points. But be careful, there is a greater chance that you will have to discard cards!
