Puerto Rico

In 1493, Columbus discovered Puerto Rico, the pearl of the Caribbean. And almost half a century later, the island is experiencing its first major heyday. The players continually take on different roles during the game. As colonists they create fertile plantations. As supervisors, they produce valuable goods, which they then, in the role of traders, sell for the highest possible profit. They then use the money they earn to build impressive city buildings as master builders.
