In Anno 1800, all players must develop their own island as best as possible into a powerful trading empire against the backdrop of the Industrial Revolution. In each round, goods are produced, negotiations can take place with other players and workers are deployed. A special action is also performed each turn, such as exploring the New World or investing in new technology. Anno 1800 is all about resource management and making strategic choices for an industry to run as efficiently as possible. Five random assignment cards are placed on the table per game, which determine what the winning tactics will be during this game.
