Challenging game for explorers! In this tactical game you try to race forward as quickly as possible on the score track to be the first to enjoy the associated benefits. You represent a country, such as Portugal, England or the Netherlands, and purchase ships that you can assign to 4 different actions. You can load goods and rent charter ships or settle on the various islands discovered to receive bonuses. You can also deliver goods and fulfill valuable contracts in the cities or try to discover new coasts yourself. If a city or island is full, you earn bonus points if you have the majority. You earn points in all these ways, which you process directly on the score track. The first person to reach a certain field is the first to choose from the corresponding goal cards, captains or goods. Because the marking of the field is then reset, it becomes easier for the players behind to reach it, but the best bonus may already be gone.
